Since I was a child, I spent happy hours with atlases and maps imagining famous cities and remote villages, raging rivers and inaccessible mountains. So as a young man, like a wandering cat, I began to travel around Europe, using every means: hitchhiking to Paris, by coach to London, by train to Lisbon, by car to Istanbul, etc... Around thirty, I settled down: a great public job, marriage, nice house, I became a national chess instructor, took dance classes... regular things, but all this wasn't enough for me... I was realizing that my habits were outliving my dreams. Then one day, when you least expect it...

So I started with the exploration of the Terdoppio Lomellino, a 62 kilometer stream that flows near my area; a watercourse that I walked along its banks from the source to its mouth in the Po River. Too easy... I thought... I want to be the first in the world to have seen all the Italian municipalities... and so I set off...

and so, following my path I have already visited more than 4000 Italian municipalities, and even if I don't manage to fulfill all my dreams... at the end of my journey I want to leave the world better than I found it...
